Website terms

Updated 4 October 2026 · Website and read-only TikTok connection

Scope

These website terms apply to use of the Traffik.nz public website and the proposed read-only TikTok account-connection feature operated by Traffik AI Web Optimisation Limited. They do not replace an existing customer agreement or set the price, subscription period, call allowance, or cancellation terms for Pitlane, Jess, or another paid service. Those details belong in the order or service agreement you expressly accept.

Website information and enquiries

Website information helps you understand our services and contact us. An enquiry or walkthrough request does not itself create a paid subscription or authorise a charge. Confirm the scope, price, taxes, delivery, and any recurring charges in an accepted order before purchasing. We may correct website errors; existing agreed customer terms are not changed merely by editing this page.

Authorised account connections

Only connect a TikTok account you control or have authority to manage. The current development configuration requests read-only identity access through Login Kit. It does not authorise posting, uploading, scheduling, or private messaging. TikTok’s own terms and permission controls also apply. Do not send passwords or tokens through the website enquiry form.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website or connection feature to impersonate others, access accounts without permission, expose credentials, interfere with security, or conduct spam, manipulation, or unlawful activity. Automated systems acting for us must operate within the account owner’s authority and applicable platform rules.

AI and human review

Traffik uses AI-assisted operations. AI output can contain errors and should be reviewed before reliance or publication. Website and digital renter-organisation materials are not legal, medical, or financial advice. The proposed read-only TikTok connection does not publish content. Any future publishing feature requires separate permissions and appropriate user review and approval.

Availability and consumer rights

Websites and third-party platforms may be unavailable or change their interfaces and permissions. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Privacy and contact

Read our Privacy statement for the public website and proposed TikTok connection. For questions or a service issue, contact hello@traffik.nz. Existing paid-service cancellation and refund arrangements are governed by your agreement and applicable law; these website terms do not introduce a blanket no-refunds rule.

Updates

Future changes will be dated on this page. Changes here do not retroactively replace an existing service contract or authorise new charges or account permissions.
